Service and accounts

MQuote helps businesses prepare and share quote options, discuss customer questions and record option acceptance. Access to the pilot is by invitation. Each company receives a separate workspace with up to 10 authorized staff, including administrators. Your administrator controls your company roster through support. Protect your sign-in codes and private review links.

Your company is responsible for its quote content, pricing, customer permissions, contractual terms and performance of quoted work. MQuote does not collect payments for quoted jobs, schedule work, or verify the identity of a customer entering a name. Possession of a review link grants access to its quote and permitted actions; forwarding it forwards that access.

Price and billing

The pilot subscription is $20 USD per company per month, plus applicable taxes. The first subscription includes a 30-day trial beginning at checkout after workspace setup. Stripe processes payment details. If you start a subscription, the payment method is charged after the trial and monthly thereafter until canceled; checkout displays your billing terms and total. A manual pilot invitation has its own finite access period and does not automatically charge you.

Cancellation, payment issues and refunds

Use Subscription → Manage subscription to request cancellation at the end of the current billing period. If billing controls are unavailable, contact support. Refund requests are reviewed individually; rights required by applicable law are unaffected. Failed payments normally receive a seven-day grace period after verified detection. After access ends, retained records remain readable and exportable, while creating, editing, sending and staff reply posting are restricted. Customer links retain their own expiry and revocation rules.

Your data

You retain rights in your submitted content and authorize processing necessary to operate, secure and support the service. Upload only information you are entitled to use. Administrators can download company data where the export control is available, or request assistance from support. Export files can include private customer information and review URLs; protect them.

Archiving preserves a quote. Deleting an archived quote removes workspace and customer-link access but preserves stored version and conversation history. Cancellation does not automatically erase records. Contact support to request account closure or data deletion; we verify authority and explain any applicable legal, recovery or recordkeeping retention. See our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use, availability and changes

Do not use MQuote unlawfully, access another company's information, disclose credentials or private links without authority, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service. MQuote is an early pilot and may change or experience interruptions. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime or support-response deadline. We will communicate material subscription changes before they apply; contact support if you wish to end service.

Questions, disputes, billing help and privacy requests can be sent to info@mquote.app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A contractor's agreement with a quote recipient is separate from these software-service terms.
